Acceptance of Terms & Conditions
1. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of the Terms & Conditions, Terms of Use (http://www.panasonic.com/nz/terms-of-use.html) and Privacy Policy (http://www.panasonic.com/nz/privacy-policy.html) shown on our website.
Promotional Period
2. The promotion starts on 22 January 2025 and finishes at 11.59pm on 4 March 2025. Only purchases made between and including these dates are valid for redemption. ("Promotional Period")
Promotional Offer
3. Purchase a selected Panasonic dryer from participating retail stores between 22 January 2025 and 4 March 2025 to receive up to NZD$200 Cashback!
4. This "Promotional Offer" cannot be used in conjunction with any other Offer.
5. The "Promotional Offer" cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative gift.
Promotional Cashback
6. To be eligible to redeem the "Promotional Cashback" you must purchase a selected Panasonic dryer from participating retail stores during the Promotional Period and correctly fill in the redemption form to receive the promotional cashback.

8. Cashbacks will be in the form of a Direct Credit to the Nominated Bank Account on the Redemption Form/Online. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide the correct Bank Account details. Panasonic New Zealand accepts no responsibility for a lost payment if incorrect Bank Account Details have been provided.
Redemptions - Entry
9. This promotion can be redeemed online only.
10. All redemptions must be received before 11.59pm on 4 March 2025. Redemptions received after this date will NOT be eligible for entry (there will be no exceptions made in this regard).

12. Fill in the redemption form and upload your proof of purchase (Sales Receipt - showing Payment in full, the Model Numbers, Serial Number, Photo of your serial number, Quantities & Purchase Date) and submit. Please note: the total purchase must be processed in one transaction/one receipt.
13. Redemptions will receive an automatically generated redemption confirmation email based on the details submitted with each entry. Please note: the email is confirmation that we have received your entry only and it does not guarantee that your redemption has been successful. All redemptions submitted are reviewed by the Panasonic Promotions Team to ensure they meet the terms and conditions for this promotional offer. Please keep this email for your records.
If you do not receive a confirmation email within a 4-week period, please ensure you check your spam and junk email folders. If you have checked and cannot find an email, your entry has not been received, and you will need to re-enter your details.
14. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to complete the redemption form online. The promoter takes no responsibility for late or incorrect entries or for technical difficulties online resulting in invalidation of a redemption. The promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
15. Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant's responsibility. The promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax liability incurred as a result of a customer’s participation in the promotion.

16. Please allow up to 6 weeks for the promotional cashback to be processed from the date the redemption is approved.
Eligibility
17. This Promotion is open to all New Zealand residents. Employees and directors of the Promoter, the Promoter's related companies or any agencies involved in this Promotion, and the immediate families of each of those persons are eligible to participate in this Promotion provided they purchase the "Promotional Offer" through participating stores within New Zealand.

18. Panasonic New Zealand Limited collects personal information to promote Panasonic products and also to deliver promotional gifts and prizes to participants. All entries received become the property of the Promoter. Please refer to the Promoter's Privacy Policy for more information.
Liability
19. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, Panasonic New Zealand Limited (including its employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter's control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize redemption that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in gift value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; or (e) use of a gift.
Alter/Conclude
21. Panasonic New Zealand Limited reserves the right to extend, alter or conclude this Promotion at any time should circumstances dictate. If any participant is found to be abusing this promotion, Panasonic New Zealand Limited has the right to terminate their redemption rights immediately. Should any disputes arise, the decision of Panasonic New Zealand Limited is final.
